Equipment and Materials

Trainees are required to buy essential equipment and text books, details of which are available once a trainee has been accepted by Lakefield on one of the courses. All level 2 students must provide their own chef’s whites although these, and equipment, are available through Lakefield’s discount agreement. Equipment fees can only be estimated.
