Facilities

Lakefield is able to run its programme because it is joined to a University Residence with conference facilities and a directors’ suite. It has a state of the art production kitchen, plus a fully equipped training kitchen, as well as a highly developed and extensive accommodation facilities department. Savoy Trust funding means Lakefield students also have on site an interactive IT Training Room. Each trainee has an individual study bedroom, with full board including a laundry service.
