Lakefield is able to run its programme because it is joined to a University Residence with conference facilities and a directors’ suite. It has a state of the art production kitchen, plus a fully equipped training kitchen, as well as a highly developed and extensive accommodation facilities department. Savoy Trust funding means Lakefield students also have on site a state of the art interactive IT Training Room. Each trainee has an individual study bedroom, with full board including a laundry service.
