Certificate in Further Education Teaching Level 4

This qualification has been designed for those who are working as part-time or full-time teachers in further and adult education. They must hold an appropriate professional qualification in the subject they are teaching.
The course builds upon the knowledge and skills learnt in the level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development. However, it is not essential to hold this qualification.
The core content will look at how teachers assess their learners’ needs, plan and teach lessons, select appropriate resources and assessment activities.

Entry requirements
Prospective students must have demonstrated an aptitude and potential to study. They must have a good command of both spoken and written English.
