NVQ Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Level 3
This course is an Advanced Hospitality Diploma. It builds upon the foundations of the level 2 Hospitality Diploma and allows you to develop the supervisory skills needed for the Hospitality Industry.
With this qualification you can enter immediate employment in positions such as floor housekeeper, restaurant supervisor, chef de partie etc.
The core content will teach you all the necessary skills needed to supervise the work of other members of staff, such as establishing and developing positive working relationships, contributing to the control of resources, while maintaining the health, hygiene, safety and security of the working environment.
Added to this, motivated candidates can be trained in promoting hospitality service and products, recipe and menu development, problem solving, personnel selection, developing teams and individuals, etc.
Entry requirements
• Level 2 NVQ/NVQ Diploma or at least 5 GCSE’s grade C or above
• A successful interview
• Completion of at least three days' work experience at Lakefield
