Taster Weeks for tasty treats!

Anyone interested in studying at Lakefield is encouraged to spend at least a few days "tasting" life at Lakefield before they apply. During the Taster days or week you'll get a

flavour of all the different aspects of the Hospitality and catering Industry: cooking in a professional kitchen, learning new skills, working in a food service department and servicing rooms.
