You will visit some of the top London restaurants and hotels such as The Royal Garden Hotel, One Aldwych, the Four Seasons, The Landmark, Simpson's-In-The-Strand or you might catch how Pizza Express makes a meal of things!

The Taster Week also gives you a flavour of what it’s like to work in the hospitality trade: cooking in a professional kitchen, learning new skills, working in a food service department and servicing rooms. See if this menu is the key to your success.

Guidelines

• Places are limited to 6 per workshop
• For girls in Years 11 to 13 (aged 16+)
• Participants must follow the instructions of supervisors at all times and take part in all events
• Participants are expected to cover their own travel costs to all programmed visits (approx. £15 per week).
• No responsibility will be taken for those who fail to comply with these guidelines
• All participants are covered by our ‘Employers and Public Liability Insurance’
• We encourage parents to bring participants at the beginning of each course, though arrangements can be made to meet participants from outside London at any main line London station.
