Tiramisu is a popular coffee-flavored Italian dessert. It is made of lady’s fingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa. Its origins are often disputed among Italian regions such as Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Piedmont, and others.

Cream layer:

225g mascarpone cheese

110ml cream

115g egg

30g sugar

Sponge layer:

30ml brandy

60g sugar

330ml coffee

Cocoa Powder[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_video link=””][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]


  1. Whisk the eggs and sugar to ribbon stage.
  2. Whip the cream and fold in the egg mix and cheese.
  3. Make the coffee, add the sugar to the hot coffee.
  4. Soak the biscuits well, be careful not to over soak them.
  5. Line the bottom of the bowl with the coffee sponge fingers.
  6. Layer the cream mixture on top.
  7. Do another layer of the coffee and then sponge fingers.
  8. Do another layer of the cream mixture and then dredge with cocoa powder.
  9. Serve chilled.
