Butchery Demo with Omero Galluci

Our patron, the professional and award-winning chef, Omero Galluci, spent the morning class demonstrating how to cut and prepare a pork in order to get the most from your meat.

The students could learn the different parts of the pork and the butchery skills needed in order to prepare different meals. They also learned where each cut comes from and the best cooking techniques for each cut to ensure the very best and most delicious results.

The master class was organised by Umbrella Training and our Level 2 Professional Cookery students took also part in it.
