Amparo Portilla is a qualified assessor and supervisor chef at Lakefield. Amparo has worked and gained experiences in Mosimann’s Private Club in 2010 and in Grays Inn in 2011. Amparo is responsible for training and assessing Level 2 professional cookery students. Amparo also has experience working in Front of House.
