Angie is currently the Sous Chef, Chef lecturer and Hospitality NVQ Assessor at Lakefield. After gaining City and Guilds Level 3 Patisserie and Training Assessment and Quality Assurance Qualifications (TAQA), Angie has been an invaluable member of the team at Lakefield. Her patience towards training professionally and teaching students has benefited the college extensively and has led to outstanding results.
Angie started her career in Argentina, she has also worked in several establishments in Italy. She loves teaching and passing her knowledge to the students.
