Junior Chefs Academy Course

Duration: 10 weeks, Saturday mornings from 9.30am to 12.30pm.

Cost: £100. This includes a cookbook, training, skills and the food you make.

The course is aimed at girls in years 9,10 and 11, it provides a great start for those interested in cooking or a career in Food and Culinary Arts.

You will be learning:

Do I need to bring anything with me?

You should bring a box or basket to take your food home with you.

What should I wear?

You will need to wear flat, comfortable non-slip shoes and trousers. You will be given a chef’s jacket and apron to wear for the class 

What happens at the end of the course?

On the final Saturday you will cook a meal for invited guests (including your parents), receive a book of recipes from the course and a certificate.
