Doris is now currently the Head Chef of the college. Doris graduated at the University of West London in 2010 with first class honours in Culinary Arts. She has worked in Mosimann’s Limited and attended the Fuller’s Cellar Management Course in 2010.
Doris is a skilled and professionally trained chef responsible for training the future generation of young women chefs in the Hospitality Industry. She is an experienced NVQ Hospitality assessor for Level 2 and Level 3 Students, qualified chef lecturer and has also helped students to develop their menus for events and WorldSkills UK competitions.
Doris attended the Chocolate Competition in Belgium in 2005. Doris has spent years teaching Level 3 Patisserie and enthuses her students to become the future pastry chefs. She is passionate about her work using her creativity and eye for detail. An overall innovative member of staff.
