Neil is now retired, Neil started his career as a pastry chef at the Chatsworth Hotel in Eastbourne after working in the Central Hotel in Glasgow. He occupied the position of Head Chef in numerous restaurants.
Neil move into contract catering with Compass and returning to his hometown of Glasgow to work for Steels Aviation Services. Afterwards he worked with Tarbet Fyne Food as a development chef, years after he started to work for Falcon. Neil has been Falcon’s development chef for over 20 years.
In his time at Falcon he continues to work at weekends, supervising functions at a number of Scottish hotels and venues, working with equipment from a range of different manufacturers, not just Falcon. He had a wide and varied career as a chef before joining Falcon so he is ideally positioned to offer advice and guidance on all things culinary.
