Has worked in England since 1970 – studied in Westminster College and Southgate College. Her passion is Patisserie in which she is an acknowledged expert.

She also teaches L3 Patisserie and L2 Professional Cookery and is an Assessor of L2 and L3 Cooking and Patisserie. Many of her students have entered national competitions and continue to win prizes in the field of Patisserie.
